The Ladies’ Ski Club (LSC) Awards
LSC provides awards to young deserving British competitors in snow sports; awards are made across all disciplines including alpine, ski cross, telemark, snowboarding, freestyle, aerials and para snow sports. The awards are made from either the Club’s general funds or other specific funds, including the Penny Mabey Fund. The Penny Mabey Fund was established in 1990 to support up and coming young British female competitors who wish to fulfil their dream to compete in the British Olympic team and who show exceptional commitment and drive to become international snow sports competitors.
We are excited to announce that we have partnered with Diston Sport for the 2024/25 awards; Diston Sport make cut-resistant garments certified by FIS which provide exceptional protection and reduce the risk of lacerations. Each of the award winners will receive a pair of Diston sport leggings in addition to their financial award. Please include your size on the application form - the size chart can be found here.
